คุณหนู โลกนี้และที่ไหนๆ มีกรอบกติกาสังคมกำกับอยู่ ไม่มีสิ่งไหนตามใจได้ทุกเรื่อง อย่าเอาแต่ใจมากนัก และที่น้องเพ็ญเธอว่าไม่ใช่เรื่องนิยท แต่เรื่องตั้งป้อมล้มล้าง คุณหนูลองถอดความเอาแต่ใจที่พ่อแม่ตามใจมาตั้งแต่เด็กๆ ออกเสียสักหน่อย

ถูกต้องคุณมีสิทธิในการแสดงความคิดเห็นและรสนิยมทางการเมือง แต่มันก็ดูเป็นความคิดเห็นที่แปลกๆ ในฐานะที่คุณเป็นอาจารย์คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์
ถ้ากลับมา ก็สอนแต่เรื่องวิชาการทางด้านเทคนิคก็พอแล้วกัน น่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประเทศชาติที่สุดแล้วสำหรับสมองระดับคุณ
ปัญหาคือ เรามอง "รสนิยมทางการเมืองปฐมภูมิ" ว่าเป็นหน้าที่ไปเสียแล้ว
ทีนี้ ก็เลยลืมไปว่า แท้แล้วเป็นเรื่องของรสนิยม
คือ รสนิยมทางการเมืองระดับว่าชอบพรรคการเมืองไหน มันเป็นรสนิยมทางการเมือง แบบทุติย หรือ ตติยภูมิ เข้าไปแล้ว
รสนิยมทางการเมืองปฐมภูมิ คือ "รสนิยมว่า ต้องการถูกปกครองในรูปแบบใด"
ซึ่งมันก็เป็นเพียงรสนิยมทางการเมืองจริงๆ
แตกต่างจากการชอบ หรือนิยมในพรรคการเมืองตรงไหน ?
คนไม่ชอบพรรคพลังประชาชน หรือพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ ผิดหรือไม่ - ไม่ผิด
แต่คนไม่ชอบการถูกปกครองจากศักดินาและภิสิทธิชน กลายเป็นเรื่องผิด เพราะคนส่วนใหญ่เชื่อว่าเป็น "กรอบ" หรือ "หน้าที่" ไปเสียอย่างนั้น
มันก็แค่รสนิยมทางการเมืองอย่างหนึ่ง
และมันเป็นเช่นนั้นจริงๆ...
ไม่น่าอยู่สถาบันเดียวกันเล๊ย...แย่
ผมว่าประเด็นมันไม่ได้อยู่ที่ชอบหรือไม่ชอบ
ประเด็นมันอยู่ที่ว่า คนเราตอบโต้กับสิ่งที่เราไม่ชอบอย่างไร
และเราทำอย่างไรกับสิ่งที่เราชอบ

ผมไม่เคยรู้สึกแย่ หรือดูแคลนเจ้าของบล็อกหรือพวกศักดินา เพราะมันคือรสนิยมของเขา

อย่างอาจารย์สมศักดิ์ผมเคารพในข้อโต้เถียงของแก ทางฝั่งเปรมผมชอบการ "ไม่ทำอะไร" ของแก ทุกอย่างมีข้อต่อเถียงถึงสารัตถะของข้อตกลงเบื้องต้นของชีวิต คือ เราจะมีรูปแบบชีวิตในฐานะสังคมกันอย่างไร
ไปดูที่เว็บบอร์ด ผมไม่อยากเริ่มต้นคุยกับเขาเหล่านั้นเรื่องว่าคนชอบทีมฟุตบอลอะไรเสียด้วยซ้ำ
เมื่อไหร่ที่เราละทิ้งเหตุผล เราละทิ้งสิ่งที่เป็นสิ่งอย่างน้อยที่สุดที่จะสร้างความตกลงกัน การเดินหน้าจูงมือไม่มีวันเกิด รอแต่วันปะทะ (แม้มันไม่ใช่ทั้งหมดของชีวิต--ผมเชื่อสิ่งที่อยู๋เหนือเหตุผลที่เราคิดได้ เหตุผลแบบอื่นที่ต้องไม่ใช่ความคิดแต่ใช้บางอย่างสื่อถึง)
แด่เสรีภาพแห่งการแสดงออก (ในอย่างน้อยที่สุด)
